All orders are sent with a tracked and signed for service. We ship worldwide and our delivery fees are as follows 

UK ~ £7 Europe ~ £17 Rest of the World ~ £27

Returns & Refunds 

Please email info@benjaminfox.com.co to arrange for the return of your order. Please note that we are only able to accept the return of Ready to Wear items. Made to Order, Custom and Commission items are not eligible to be returned and refunded. Your returned item must be in a new, completely unused and re-sellable condition. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs and our original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. 

We are not able to offer exchanges.
