How long will my order take?

The majority of pieces are made to order by a member of the team, so please allow up to 5 weeks in some cases before your order can be dispatched. The estimated production time for each piece is listed on each individual product page. Ready to wear items will be dispatched 1 - 3 days after your purchase. If you require a piece to arrive in time for a particular date, please email us at info@benjaminfox.com.co

What are your delivery fees?

All orders are dispatched with a tracked and signed for service.

  • UK £6
  • Europe £18 (Please note that due to Brexit, additional fees and customs may now have to be paid on receipt)
  • Rest of the World £26

The buyer is responsible for covering any duties, tax or customs clearance fees.

Do you accept returns?

As we work largely on a made to order basis, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any made to order item. If you have any questions about a piece you have received, please get in touch at info@benjaminfox.com.co 

If you would like to return a ready made READY TO SHIP item, please email us at info@benjaminfox.com.co to arrange a return and refund (we are not able to offer exchanges). The item(s) you return must be in an entirely unused, resellable condition. We will not accept the return of items that have been used. 

Do you provide custom sizing?

We can offer a made to measure service on our made to order pieces. If you would like to request any alterations to the dress length or to provide us with your own measurements, please leave a note in the text field provided when you place your order, or email info@benjaminfox.com.co. Any measurements should be provided in cm or inches. 

Can I place a custom order?

As we work on a made to order basis, we are able to offer custom and bespoke options and very regularly mix and match our designs and fabrics. If you would like to request a custom order or commission, please email info@benjaminfox.com.co.
